RORO Strategic Holdings is a new company — but it is not a new idea. The founding vision that underpins the group dates to 2015, when Dr. Roland began developing the concept of a multi-sector investment and operations group focused on West Africa.
In 2019, the concept was formalised through a rebranding and the incorporation of RORO Technology in the United States, based in Texas. This entity began developing the technology infrastructure, institutional frameworks, and strategic relationships that would eventually underpin the Ghana group.
The year 2026 marks the decisive operational pivot. RORO Holdings was formally incorporated in the United States, providing the group with a permanent US entity for technology services, intellectual property, and international investor relationships.
RORO Digital Solutions LTD was among the first Ghanaian subsidiaries established, followed closely by Moovahub, Carevyon, and Rolyx Pharma.
The result, as of mid-2026, is a group with four active subsidiaries, a small but experienced central team, a formal governance structure, and a clear vision for where it is going. The RORO story is still in its earliest chapters. The opportunity is largest at the beginning.
