Moovahub
Being built as a Ghana logistics and executive transport platform for businesses and institutional clients.

RORO Strategic Holdings is a Ghanaian holding company building Moovahub, Carevyon, Rolyx Pharma, and RORO Digital Solutions — the infrastructure backbone of Ghana's next economic chapter.
The Group
RORO Strategic Holdings is a privately held, diversified investment holding company headquartered in Accra, Ghana. We own and are building a portfolio of businesses across four essential sectors, each chosen for its market size, structural growth characteristics, and the clear competitive opportunity it presents to a well-capitalised, operationally engaged owner.
Our model is straightforward: we identify sectors where Ghana is growing rapidly but where quality operators are scarce. We build businesses in those sectors, bring institutional governance and operational rigour to bear, and hold for the long term. This patient, concentrated approach is building sector-focused businesses positioned for long-term scale across West Africa.
RORO Strategic Holdings is not a passive investment vehicle. We are an active, operationally engaged owner, providing capital, strategic direction, management support, and network access to each of our portfolio companies. This hands-on model is what distinguishes us from traditional holding structures and supports long-term value creation across the group.

The Portfolio
Being built as a Ghana logistics and executive transport platform for businesses and institutional clients.
Developing a digital healthcare platform for Ghanaian providers, from electronic records to hospital management.
Establishing regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution capabilities, subject to applicable approvals and operational rollout.
Technology consultancy and software development arm being built to support Ghana's digital economy and group portfolio needs.
Sector Landscape
Ghana's logistics sector is fragmented and technology-lagging, creating space for a premium, tech-enabled operator to capture significant market share across both commercial and luxury segments.
Less than 12% of Ghana's healthcare facilities use electronic health records. The digital health transition represents a fundamental, decade-long infrastructure modernisation opportunity.
Africa imports over 70% of its medicines. Ghana's maturing FDA regulatory environment and government manufacturing incentives create ideal conditions for local pharma production scale-up.
Ghana's digital economy is one of the fastest-growing in Africa, with a supportive policy environment, rising tech talent, and $2B+ in monthly mobile money transaction volume.

Investment Philosophy
We concentrate in four sectors that form the backbone of Ghana's long-term growth: logistics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and technology. Deep sector knowledge enables us to identify the right businesses, make better operational decisions, and build durable competitive advantages at each portfolio company.
We take a hands-on approach to working with our portfolio companies. Our management team brings direct operational expertise across each sector, enabling us to support leadership teams with governance, strategic planning, talent development, and performance management. Not just capital.
We invest with a long horizon. We are not chasing short-cycle exits. We are building businesses designed to compound in value over time. This alignment of incentives allows our portfolio companies to pursue strategies that prioritise sustainable growth over short-term metrics.

Market Context
Ghana stands out as one of the most attractive investment destinations in sub-Saharan Africa, combining political stability, a well-educated English-speaking workforce, a functioning rule of law, and an economy that has grown consistently above the African average for over a decade.
The country's macroeconomic fundamentals, improving infrastructure, and growing middle class create exceptional conditions for the kinds of businesses RORO Strategic Holdings builds: consumer-facing, technology-enabled, and deeply embedded in the everyday requirements of a modern, growing economy.
Beyond Ghana itself, Accra's position as a hub city within the 400-million person ECOWAS free trade area creates a natural path for regional expansion as each portfolio company matures domestically.
“Ghana is one of the few markets on the continent where you can build a serious, scalable business with the confidence that the rule of law, a functioning banking sector, and a growing consumer base are all working in your favour.”
RORO Strategic Holdings, Investment Thesis

Our Edge
What distinguishes RORO Strategic Holdings from other investment vehicles operating in Ghana is not capital alone. It is the combination of local market mastery, institutional management standards, and a genuine long-term commitment to every business we build.
Our leadership team is building deep Ghana market knowledge, regulatory awareness, and sector relationships as the group develops.
We are institutionalising governance standards — structured reporting, oversight frameworks, and financial controls — as each portfolio company develops.
We do not pursue opportunistic deals in unfamiliar sectors. Every investment we make is within our four areas of deep sector expertise, enabling better decisions and better outcomes.
Our four portfolio companies are being built with planned synergies in mind. Over time, Moovahub may support Rolyx Pharma distribution and RORO Digital Solutions may support Carevyon technology needs.
We invest in building management capability at each portfolio company, developing Ghanaian business leaders who can scale these companies and, in time, lead regional expansion.
We do not manage to quarterly metrics. We manage to decade-level outcomes, which means we can make the investments in people, systems, and infrastructure that create real competitive moats.
Market Perspective
With less than 8% of commercial freight tracked digitally and no dominant premium operator in the market, Ghana's logistics sector is structurally open to a technology-first entrant with consistent service standards.
MoovahubGhana's National Health Insurance Authority covers over 40% of the population, yet fewer than 12% of facilities use electronic records. Carevyon is being developed to address this policy ambition and infrastructure gap over time.
CarevyonGhana graduates over 20,000 STEM students annually, and the country's tech export sector is growing at double-digit rates. RORO Digital Solutions is being developed to participate in this talent and demand convergence.
