RORO Digital Solutions LTD has been formally incorporated in Ghana as the technology subsidiary of RORO Strategic Holdings. The company launches with a focused mandate: deliver enterprise-grade software engineering, blockchain development, and technology consulting to clients who have historically been underserved by local providers.
The founding team brings experience in distributed systems, mobile application development, and systems integration. The company is led day-to-day by a technical team operating under the strategic oversight of Group CTO Manish Naruka, who brings international technology architecture experience to the subsidiary.
RORO Digital's first priority is building a client pipeline in Ghana, with early conversations underway in the agribusiness, financial services, and healthcare sectors. The blockchain practice — targeting supply chain traceability and smart contract infrastructure — is being positioned as a differentiating capability in the West African market.
The company is also providing shared technology infrastructure and internal systems across the RORO group, enabling Moovahub, Carevyon, and Rolyx Pharma to operate on standardised digital platforms from launch. This internal mandate gives the team hands-on enterprise deployment experience from day one.
